What Ezra is trying to say is that, you can't do wrong and feel good about it, it's impossible. So if you do something bad you can't feel good about it because it can't be true. If you were to do something good you'd feel great because you did something good and it wasn't bad so that is good. If you do something bad you wouldn't feel good about it cause it was a bad thing to do. That's why we have to choose the right and do good in everything. If you choose to do the wrong that will only affect you and others. So we have to do good or else we wouldn't feel good and if we choose to do something bad it is impossible to feel good about it because it was something bad not good.
