Emergency Medical Technician

Emergency and medical technician are terms used in some countries to denote a health care provider of emergency medical services. EMTs are clinicians trained to respond to quickly to emergency situations needed of medical assist. EMTs are mostly found working in the ambulance but they shouldn’t be confused with ambulance drivers. EMTs are often employed by ambulance services.

Duties and Responsibilities: They are responsible to act when there is a crisis. Their duties are to provide support to patients when they are rushed to the hospital.
