Boyd is saying that the key to freedom is obedience, so if you are obedient that is your key to freedom. So by being obedient you will have freedom. The people that choose the right are obedient people because they are obeying what they should be doing. If i want to go out with my friends i have to be obedient for my mom can trust me and go where ever i want to with my friends. The more obedient we are the more freedom we get. So always obey things you are asked to do.

If we were to do or say a lie it will be honored and everyone will know you has the person that told that lie. This is why we need to always choose the right and never tell lies because that is not a good thing to do.
