What this quote means is that a great moment is when someone is brave enough to step up and do something good at the time. For example say someone is in trouble, a ctr person would go and help them. If you see some person doing something bad to someone else you should step in and do something about  it. If someone is getting bullied you should be the person to stop the bully from telling the victim bad things or from hurting them. This is the right thing to do because at the moment you will be saving someone's life and they will later on thank you for that. Also, it is a good thing to help others because it just shows that you care for others which is a good thing. I think this means that being good and having a good character is good because it shows people that you are good. This is why we all should be good to one another and help each other if we are in trouble.
