This quote is saying that if you are in a moment of deciding what to do you should know what the right thing is to do. So if you ever see that someone forgot something and you are thinking about keeping it or something then you should do what is right. If you ever come across someone dropping money you should give it to them back because that is the right thing to do. Ctr people know to give people their things back if they dropped them because that is the right thing to do and if the owners know you gave them something bad they might reward you for your actions. This is a good action because it says a lot about you. Not everyone is nice enough to give something back to who it belongs to. It shows that you have good character and that you are trustworthy.  So always make the decision of doing what is right because that is the right thing to do. Be honest and do things you would like others to do to you.
