“I trust that my hard work will pay off.”- Tyler Haws

What this quote means is that if you work hard for something it will pay off. Tyler is telling us that he trusts if he works hard it will pay off later, he was right he worked hard everyday to get better at basketball and he was the best. So if you want something really bad you have to work hard in order to have it. Even if takes a long time, it will pay off soon. If you work a lot for something you want to be good at you have to practice and practice a lot and that will get you where you want to be. Tyler got cut off a team and felt really bad but then his father and him every morning they would go to their church and practice shooting basketballs. By doing this every day he got good at it and he got into a great team and he was the best of them all.  If i work hard on something that will be good for me because i will get something in return for it. So always work hard for the things you want most and then for return you will be good at it and achieve it. Working hard for what you need the most is good for you.
