I think this quote is to tell us that we should focus more in our education because its the main key to becoming successful in life. This is like choosing the right because its saying that education is good because it is leading you to success.

If we were to do or say a lie it will be honored and everyone will know you has the person that told that lie. This is why we need to always choose the right and never tell lies because that is not a good thing to do.
